The Breckinridge County Health Department has certified car seat technicians to educate families on proper car seat installation and proper buckling techniques for your children. We have worked hard to increase child passenger safety for families, encouraging booster seats as needed and encouraging seatbelt use in older siblings/teenage drivers/parents.
